Summer Preparation

Summer Reading
Summer reading assignments are based on each student’s English course level and should be completed before classes begin.

Order new uniform items through Lands’ End or explore gently used pieces through the Bishop Stang Uniform Closet.
Uniform Closet summer hours are Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Inventory varies based on available donations.

Review the forms below and submit only the documents that apply to your student.
Student Health Paperwork
Please contact School Nurse Laura Duarte, RN, at 508 996 5602, extension 426, with health questions or to submit a current physical or immunization record.
Release of Records
Some schools require written authorization before releasing a student’s official records. If your student’s current school requires this authorization, download the form, sign it, and return it to the current school.
Official records are generally released to Bishop Stang at the end of the school year.

Incoming students and families complete course selection through the online enrollment packet. One parent or guardian in the student’s primary household will receive an email with directions for accessing the Family Portal and enrollment packet.
