The Bishop Stang High School Hall of Honors recognizes and honors alumni, faculty/staff (past and present), and friends who have left an enduring legacy for the school and/or excelled in their careers and personal lives. The Hall of Honors inductee selection is based on how the nominee's lives have been a dynamic example of Bishop Stang High School's mission with a commitment to excellence, leadership, and service.

2025 Hall of Honors Inductees:
 
Joanne Fortier P’96, ’01
Joanne Fortier's impact on Bishop Stang spans over three decades. As an English teacher, department chair, coach, and advisor, Joanne dedicated her life to inspiring students to excel both academically and personally. She coached the cheerleading team from 1997 to 2005, elevating the program to collegiate-level athleticism and winning numerous awards. Her heart for service and faith was evident in everything she did, from establishing a pep band to supporting school spirit through countless initiatives.
 
Michael O’Brien
Michael O’Brien served Bishop Stang as a teacher, coach, and administrator for many years, impacting countless students along the way. Known for his humility and compassion, Michael led the Varsity Track team to four State Championships and played an instrumental role in the development of the Thanksgiving Food Drive. As Assistant Principal of Students, he helped navigate the school through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and was a strong advocate for creating a respectful and nurturing environment for all students.
 
Jean Revil
Jean Revil’s dedication to the faith and spiritual development of the Bishop Stang community has been a cornerstone of the school’s mission. As Department Chairwoman for Theology and Campus Minister, Jean introduced innovative courses like Thanatology and co-founded the FIAT program. Her tireless service, including her long history of prison ministry and work with local parishes, exemplifies her commitment to spreading the Gospel and fostering a deeper connection with the Catholic faith.
 
Lafrance Family
The Lafrance family has been instrumental in executing capital campaigns for Bishop Stang, including renovations to the library, science labs, and athletic fields. Their partnership with White’s of Westport has also helped host numerous events celebrating the Bishop Stang community. Through their generosity and leadership, the Lafrance family has contributed significantly to the school’s growth and development.
