Policies and Registration
ATHLETICS PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All students participating in a sport must register online through FAMILY ID each season and have an up-to-date IMPACT test. Family ID registration includes the following requirements for participation:- Family ID Registration. This is currently OPEN - CLICK ABOVE
- Complete registration, including all permissions, medical history and concussion training (required annually)
- A valid student physical (required annually, uploaded to Family ID) -Students need a valid doctor's physical. Current / valid means within the last 13 months leading up to the start of practice.
- Concussion information (required each athletic season)
- Selection of the sport of the student’s choice (required each athletic season)
IMPACT Testing
- Students who are upcoming Juniors & incoming Freshmen need Impact Testing as part of their medical clearance.
- All transfer students need Impact Testing as well.
- Testing is held in our Art Room off the main lobby
- Students make Impact Testing Dates by appointment with Mike Cordeiro - [email protected]
- Impact Testing Date 1 - Tuesday, August 15: 5:00 pm & 6:00 pm
- Impact Testing Date 2 - Wednesday, August 16: 9:00 am & 10:00 am
- Impact Testing Date 3 - Thursday, August 17: 5:00 pm & 6:00 pm
- Impact Testing Date 4 - Friday, August 18: Football will have impact testing as part of the 1st day of practice.
