Policies and Registration
ATHLETICS PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All students participating in a sport must register online through FAMILY ID each season and have an up-to-date SWAY test. Family ID registration includes the following requirements for participation:- Family ID Registration. This is currently OPEN - CLICK ABOVE
- Complete registration, including all permissions, medical history and concussion training (required annually)
- A valid student physical (required annually, uploaded to Family ID) -Students need a valid doctor's physical. Current / valid means within the last 13 months leading up to the start of practice.
- Concussion information (required each athletic season)
- Selection of the sport of the student’s choice (required each athletic season)
SWAY Testing
- For this year, ALL STUDENTS will need to complete a Sway test prior to participating in Athletics. Previously, it was just for Freshmen and Juniors.
- All transfer students need SWAY Testing as well.
- Testing will most often be held in the gymnasium off of the trophy lobby entrance.

- Monday, August 5th - 9:00 and 10:00
- Tuesday, August 6th - 3:00 and 4:00
- Wednesday, August 7th - 9:00 and 10:00
- Monday, August 12th - 4:00 and 5:00
- Tuesday, August 13th - 4:00 and 5:00
- Wednesday, August 14th, - 4:00 and 5:00
