Student Media Permissions 2023-24

MEDIA & INFORMATION RELEASE FORM

The following must be completed by ALL parent/guardians of Bishop Stang High School students

Bishop Stang High School requests your permission to share the work, image or likeness, and name of your child. We use student work, names, images and video for the following: Media and news announcements for student, class and school achievements, honors, and awards, including honor roll; programs, brochures, calendars, and print or video publications for academics, clubs, leadership activities, service projects, theatre, activities and athletics; Promotion materials for Admissions and Advancement, including on Bishop Stang social media sites, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Flikr, Vimeo, and Youtube as well as on our website at bishopstang.org; Athletics and performance broadcasts of games and shows on hosted sites like Vimeo, Facebook Live, and Youtube, which provide families the opportunity to watch games live online.
