Acushnet bus will leave at 11am on Friday, Dec. 21.   Dismissal at 10:50.

Girls Lacrosse - there will be a meeting for all interested in playing Lacrosse, Monday after school from 2:20-2:45 in room 105.  See Coach Pratt if you can't attend.

Next Monday, December 17th, come support the Boys Basketball team here in the gym at 6:30 and for just $3, you can shoot your own half court shot at halftime for a chance to win a gift card.  Sign up at the door and support the Senior Class.

Fundraiser for Children at Mass General Hospital next Wednesday!   During both lunches, the Origami Club will be selling origami models ranging from $2 to $10!  You may even get your initials made with paper.  Come and support the cause next Wednesday and help us spread a little Holiday Cheer!!

Fellowship - will meet in the Chapel tomorrow, Dec 14, during Flex period and then move to the gym.  Members are also reminded that there is morning Mass in the Chapel at 7:15.  All guys are welcome.

Next week is Dress Down Week for students who sold 6 or more raffles during the student fundraiser.  Non-uniform rules apply;  please see the student handbook for details.  Homeroom teachers have received a list of the students eligible to participate.  Should you have a question, please see the Advancement Office for clarifications.

Any student going gift wrapping at Catholic Social Services tonight, who have already returned the permission slip, is asked to see Mrs. Ruginis.  There are 10 spots open.

This friday night, Campus Ministry is sponsoring a movie night.  We will be watching "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" and making Christmas cards for a Nursing Home.  Snacks and hot chocolate will be provided.  Please sign up outside of Campus Ministry.

Student Council - beginning today, Monday Dec. 10 we will start out Christmas Funraiser for Catholic Social Services for the Immigrant.  Each homeroom has been assigned a toiletry item to bring in, which will go to Catholic Social Services for the Immigrant welcome packages that the Diocese provides.  In addition, students that bring in $2 will be able to dress in their ugliest Christmas sweater, or red or green on Friday, Dec 14th.  Student must donate the toiletry item and $2 to be eligible for the dress down.  Thank you!

Open Mic - will be Thursday, December 20, from 6:30 - 8:30 in the Band Room.  Sign up to perform will be done only one day, December 14, in the cafeteria during both lunch shifts.

We are looking for cover designs for the 2019 yearbook. Designs can be hand-drawn or done on a computer. The designs should be no larger than 8x11. Please submit any designs for the yearbook to Mrs. Dias or Mrs. Bourque by next Friday. If your design is selected, you will win a free 2019 yearbook!      This is a reminder to any seniors to email Mrs. Dias your baby picture if you would like it to be included in the yearbook. 

Water bottles and agendas are available.    They are $5 each.

Campus Ministry -   Morning Mass will be Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 7:15.   Morning Prayer will be Monday and Wednesday at 7:10.  Please sign up.

Girls Indoor Track & Field lost to GNB Voc Tech  58-28, and to Seekonk 59-27.

Boys Indoor Track & Field lost to GNB Voc Tech  55-31, and to Seekonk 46-40.

 

Announcements

Female student- athletes must leave their bags in the locker room itself in the mornings.

Leaving them in the outer area is a fire hazard. Be sure to put all bags in the locker room.
