Athletic Policies and Registration


All students participating in a sport must register online through FAMILY ID each season and have and up-to-date IMPACT test.  Family ID registration includes the following requirements for participation:

  • Complete registration, including all permissions, medical history and concussion training (required annually)

  • A valid student physical (required annually, uploaded to Family ID) - Link to Southcoast Health special offer

  • Concussion information (required each athletic season)

  • Selection of the sport of the student’s choice (required each athletic season)


IMPACT Testing

Any student enterining Grades 9 or 11, transfer students or first-time participants, must register for IMPACT Testing (concussion baseline testing) through Athletic Trainer, Mike Cordeiro, at

Fall 2019 Testing Dates:

Tuesday August 13 -  Testing at 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm
Thursday, August 15 - Testing at 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm
Friday, August 16 -    Testing at 11 am, 12 pm and 1 pm
Monday, August 19 -  Testing at 3 pm, 4 pm and 5 pm 
Tuesday August 20 -  Testing at 3 pm, 4 pm and 5 pm
