About Us

President/Principal's Welcome

Welcome to our website and the 2018-19 school year!

The theme for the 2018-19 school year is "Called to be Saints."  What a wonderful opportunity for all of us within our Bishop Stang community to reflect on how our lives can best reflect God’s love!
We are very excited this year about the “new look” of our school.  The hallways of our main academic wing have new flooring and lighting, giving the school a fresh and bright feel.  We have also completed the renovation of our science wing by completing the Physics Lab and Environmental Science classroom, and this year will open our new School Store!

Our constant goal is to inspire our young people to excel in learning and life through dynamic, personalized education that rigorously prepares them for the academic demands of college and the moral challenges of life. Our Catholic mission is woven into every aspect of the student experience.  Faculty and staff are dedicated to helping students encounter Jesus Christ in a caring, safe and family-oriented environment.

Bishop Stang students come from throughout the Southcoast of Massachusetts and Rhode Island to experience a rich tradition of academic and co-curricular excellence, growth in character and service. Stang graduates move on to the finest colleges and universities in New England and the country.

Our Stang alumni are an amazing group of people who make a profound difference in the world. If you are an alumnus, please visit our Facebook page to re-connect with classmates and learn about their personal milestones.

Thank you for visiting and please feel free to contact us with your questions or feedback.
