Admissions

Application Procedures

Our NEW online application is live for all applicants to the 2018-2019 Academic Year! Please contact Mrs. Christine Payette, if you are interested in applying to the current school year as a transfer student.

Admissions Process:
To apply for admission, an application, consisting of the following pieces must be submitted.  Please click the links below to access the application and other necessary forms:

To determine a motivated learner we look to the student’s academic transcript and guidance report, where teacher comments on classroom effort. We admit students from all academic levels, provided that their current grades are acceptable. Results from the placement exam are used for the purpose of placement into our four academic levels. Pastor and personal recommendations are used to determine the applicant’s depth of character and level of citizenship. The student’s application essays help us to get to know the student better, by learning where their interests lie and what they may have to offer our school community.

Please note:
Grade 9 Applicants are required to submit scores from a HSPT or SSAT secondary school placement exam.

Grade 10, 11, 12 Transfer Applicants are required to come in for a personal interview with the Admissions Committee. Applicants will be contacted to schedule their interview once their completed application has been reviewed. Transfer applicants do not need to submit placement exam scores. If you are interested in transferring into Bishop Stang High School, please contact our Admissions Office at 508-996-5602 x424 or x435.
